The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with metro needs. my room included a balcony, it faced the square with a view of the palace, what a treat.

the noise from the plaza was noticeable, especially on weekends. the noise continued late into the night and early morning, it was a challenge to sleep.

The staff fulfilled every request quickly. (They really seemed on top of things.)

The noise from the restaurant below was unbearable at times. One night, the restaurant hosted a conference event that began before 7:00 am and lasted well past midnight. I found it very disruptive.
