excellent location friendly staff delicious pastry

I found the location to be excellent. the staff were helpful and friendly. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast at the café. It was delicious (especially the pastries!).

helpful staff palace view plaza noise late night

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with metro needs. my room included a balcony, it faced the square with a view of the palace, what a treat.

the noise from the plaza was noticeable, especially on weekends. the noise continued late into the night and early morning, it was a challenge to sleep.

Acceptable Stay, Some Noise Issues

The staff fulfilled every request quickly. (They really seemed on top of things.)

The noise from the restaurant below was unbearable at times. One night, the restaurant hosted a conference event that began before 7:00 am and lasted well past midnight. I found it very disruptive.

helpful staff functional kitchen easy access

The front desk staff was very helpful with directions. My room included a full, functional kitchen. The location allowed easy access to many tourist attractions.
